I CAN withstand the donuts on the break room table.
On a lighter note, I think I may have seen a ghost earlier when I was taking my dog for our morning walk. I went a different route and walked alongside a decaying cemetery.

I had a craving for sweets earlier this week, so I whipped up a package of sugar free lemon jell-o and added most of an 8 oz. block of cream cheese (softened and hot) when I added the boiling water...
I had no idea it was going to be so delicious. I can't wait to try it with other flavors, but the lemon is awesome. It's like a lemon meringue pie/lemon cheesecake. It'd be perfect with some whipped cream!

The weight is coming off slower this time - just a pound this week. I'm quitting the diet sodas and caffeine, and I'm going to be a lot more careful with my cheese intake. I tend to get carried away with cheese in the beginning because I love it so much. This is about the time I start getting tired of eating it anyway, so it's all good!
But my clothes are looser, and I feel great!
I keep having cheat dreams. Do you guys ever get those? Last night I dreamed I ate an entire pint of strawberry ice cream (which wasn't too abnormal for me not too long ago). In the dream, after I ate it, I had this overwhelming sense of failure...
Luckily, when I woke up, I realized it wasn't real and that I wouldn't do that to myself - not after working so hard these past 2 weeks!
Maybe I should have checked the freezer, just in case I sleep-ate my boyfriend's ice cream. Hmmm. ;)
