Have been eating a bit more junk on and off but have upped exercise to approx 3times per week.

eating a macdonalds, drinking lots of wine and prosecco and a big roast dinner yday all add up to 2pound gain. During the week did pretty well. Although only went out walking/jogging twice and no netball. So must increase activity this week. And ditch the wine!!!

Bit the bullet after coming back from Thailand and got on scales. Not as terrible as I'd imagined considering amounts of beers, cocktails, currys, rice, cooked breakfasts and junk foods consumed. Need to get back on the wagon now. Start the walking/jogging again or it will all just go back on again! Think my stomach has shrunk a bit, so am eating little and often where I can - the Thai way!
