need -1.4 kilos by 21 of October to achieve my monthly target. I will have 5 days of training with a gap on Saturday.

I will not be able for sure to reach my 5 kilos per month as the dead line is 21 October. I need exactly 1.7 kilos in one week. I will push this week, i will eat less carbs and train every single day. Fingers crossed :)
