Today I have completed a full month since I started dieting and workout training. The result are not impressive at all but the only thing I can do is to keep going: -3.2 kilograms and -17.5 cm (legs, belly, hips + butt)

Very bad day yesterday. Had the worst dinner in the last 30 days. Gained 1 kilo. Hope today to get back on track..:(
