Hit a plateau, but held my weight loss of 30 lbs over Winter, but need to lose down to 150 to be at my optimum. So am trying HCG...an injection and very low calorie diet. Works very well, not hungry, weight is fall off and the most important thing is that it is coming off my stomach...which I have had no luck losing.
H is trying the diet with me, with some success.
I will continue the week regiment, then kick up the exercise again and see if I can get to my 150 goal weight!. Feeling good, still very fun to shope. In a size I have not been in for more about 14 years.! An 8! JEAN!
