36 Hour clean fast ended at 08h00. Decided to push through to max 3 days (72 hours). I do clean fasts .. meaning only water and 1 or 2 cups green tea. Going longer than 36 hours will put a pinch of Himalayan salt in my water for electrolite supplement.
I feel amazing and energised .. lets see how it goes ...

New Years week damage not so bad ..

Damn December with all the fetivities isna bad month for losing weight! I started today again .. to scared to look but will start doing my weekly weighins from Sunday.I am sure the damage is bad .. 😳. A hard month laying ahead of me to do damage control!!
Everyone back on the wagon?

Ok ...
After weighing in this morning I decided to stop losing anymore weight and going into maintenance. I am done losing more weight!!
Now this is the difficult part .. 20 years back I was only able to maintain my weight for 5 years!!
I am planning the following to maintain:
1. Already going to gym twice per week for the last month
2. Lifting my calories systematically to eventually stabilise on 2300 per day ..
3. Continue doing intermittent fasting .. IF is not just about losing weight. There are imense health bsnefits in adopting it as a part of your lifestyle.
4. Still watch what I eat
5. Continue with a healthy eating plan / habit
Anyone any ideas?
