I am a happily married busy mom of two children (ages 8 and 5), and I really struggle with incorporating physical activity into my daily life. I find exercise enjoyable and want to be able to run a 10k by Spring 2017. Nutritionally, I plan, serve and eat healthy meals, but I have in insatiable sweet tooth. I am at increased risk of Type 2 diabetes because I had gestational diabetes with both pregnancies. I don't want to be a statistic.
