I'm back! I'm tired of being overweight, and know I haven't been eating right at all. Yesterday I worked outdoors for about 3 hours and could barely move afterwards. Arthritis doesn't help but I keep going. SO, yesterday I went to Walmart and stocked up on healthy food and have made a broccoli/cauliflower/cheese/bacon salad which I can munch on for days, and boiled some eggs for either salads, to make deviled eggs, or just to have on hand. So I'm starting right today. At least I'm down about a half pound from yesterday just from being careful of what I ate. SO, here goes another low carb adventure :)
