Well... 3 pounds down. Definately bitter sweet. Family member is dying of brain cancer and this has been a very stressful week.

Down .2 but I'll take it. This was a rough week with my Aunt's cancer returning and being so busy with other things as well. Back to the treadmill this week. No excuses!

No 'Dred'mill last night or night before... Worried what scale will say on Sat. This has been a rough week. Really rough.

Got some bad news about my aunt last night... Brain cancer is back and the prognosis is not good. Trying not to think about it right now because I just feel like eating when I do. I'm worried about my mom. She is facing losing a second sister to cancer and is shouldering most of the burden of care and assistance. I help as much as I can but I don't know how else to help. She has 2 daughters (11 & 13) as well.

Well... today is my 14 year wedding anniversary. I didn't get on the 'Dread'mill last night because we were at the car dealership getting my husband's latest new toy. (Toyota FJ) Happy Anniversary to him! Anyway... hopefully I can get on tonight, but we may have to spend the entire night at a city council meeting to fight proposed police department budget cuts! (Exciting anniversary, huh?!) On the bright side, my marriage has never been better and we are happier now than we've ever been. Life is good!
