Great day all in all. Reached my calorie Goal for the day already. Got a wonderful Chest routine in earlier today even upped the weight and did some burnout exercises. Went on a walk outside over the Bridge, sun shining, which was really nice. Then weng back to the gym to do Tricepts. mixed in a little abs , still got some groin uncomfortability but I still did a lil abs to stretch it out a bit. Been eating a bunch, got my fat intake down but calories still up. I ran outta protein powder a couple days back so I been eating oatmeal and potatoes a bunch which is great. I'm Very thankful for the loved ones around me, who have been there on this journey of mine. one hell of a roller coaster. and just Grateful overall. the gym also gave me a free one month pass I gave to my brother whom actually recieved it and said hes down to go so that's awesome news. Excited for the future but taking it moment to moment. Much love Yall. Thank you God and God Bless!!!!
