OMG...I WENT OVER AGAIN
Don’t worry….. you can burn those calories off. After reading your post I looked around for ways to burn 100 calories at home.

about.com states "To get the most out of 10-minute cardio workouts, you want to focus on working harder than usual. The following workout offers some ideas for how you can work hard during the time you have.

1 minute - Brisk walk or march in place
1 minute - Light jog outside, around the house or in place
1 minute - Jumping jacks
1 minute - Long jumps - jump forward, landing with both feet
1 minute - Light jog
1 minute - Jumping jacks
1 minute - Squat and kick, alternating legs
1 minute - Light jog
1 minute - Long jumps
1 minute - Brisk walk to cool down
If you're feeling creative, make your own workout using some of the activities listed below. Each exercises will burn about 100 calories (depending on your weight, fitness level, and intensity) in 10 minutes:

Running - 1 mile
Jumping rope
Stepping - 30 steps per minute, 7 inch step
Cycling - 13 mph
High-impact aerobics
Running up stairs
Circuit training
Calisthenics - pushups, jumping jacks, plyometric jumps and kickboxing-type moves.”

Portion size and control
FIrst you have to be ready to eat smaller portions. I believe,if someone has doubt in achieving this goal they might not follow through. I eat 3 meals and two snacks a day. I eat a well balanced breakfast, lunch and dinner, and i eat two healthy snacks. I have to attribute preparation to achieving my goals. I use to buy fruit and place it on the table for availability. However, it would end up rotting. Now, I cut up the fruit and vegetables and freeze or refrigerate. I use large and snack size Ziplock bags to control portion. I do this for strawberries, blueberries, mangos, pineapples, eggplant, fresh green beans, okra etc. It is always available for snacks, smoothies, steaming or a meal. I also write document everything I eat. An additional strategy that is working is reading labels for serving sizes. This helps me to eat only what I’m suppose to. I really hope this helps. What is your current regimen?

looking for some buddies :)
Hi Cookie… I’m Toya and I would love to be your buddy. I have had a difficult time finding a buddy also. I am motivated to weight and I think a buddy would help me as I would help them!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I am use to weighing myself at the end of the week. It not only gives me something to look forward to, but helps me to set the tone for the next week.
