I am 62 with a wonderful suportive husband and 13 children ranging in age from 39 to 8. One woould think with the amount of energy I expend daily that I would be fit and slender.. However I always find time to eat too often and too much. I don't want to be fat and frumpy at 62. I want and need to be fit and fabulous! I need all the help and support I can get to lose weight and keep it off. I don't want to diet. I am hoping to have an eating life style change that I will be successful at keeping for the rest of my life and hopefully that is for a long long time. If I could just stay away from the sugar!
