My name is Ashley and I'm currently 23 years old and 5' 4". I've been on fatsecret now for over three years, and I've managed to lose a little over 30 pounds in May of 2012. I find myself updating this bio about once a year, because I start a diet, and then, sometimes slowly, sometimes rapidly, gain back all of the weight I lost. NOT THIS TIME.
I have been relatively active. I got my record time for a 5K under 30 minutes, and it made my very proud. I play volleyball once or twice a week (though I'm looking to play more), and I run a little (though I'm trying to start upping my mileage). My New Year's Resolution was to cut out soda, and as of today I have successfully done that. I'm starting to think of new ideas for 2016.
My ultimate goal is to be between 120 and 125 lbs. I re-started this journey December 1 with 163 lbs, and am hoping to get to my goal weigh by November 1, 2016. It will be a long road, but I think I'm up for it. I need to make changes in my life.
The goal is to lose a net amount of 3.5 pounds per month (about .75 lbs per week):
Beginning Weight: 163 lbs
January 1, 2016: 161.6 (goal was: 159.5)
February 1, 2016: 156.4 (goal was 156.0)
March 1, 2016: 155.6 (goal was 152.5)
April 1, 2016: 149.0 (goal was 149.0)
May 1, 2016: 144.4 (goal was 145.5)
June 1, 2016 140.8 (goal was 142.0)
July 1, 2016 140.0 (goal was 138.5)
August 1, 2016 138.8 (goal was 135.0)
September 1, 2016 137.4 (goal was 131.5)
October 1, 2016 138.8 (goal was 128.0)
I need to redo my goals, since I'm a little off schedule. I don't know if I should do goals pre or post holiday season.
