Well, here I go again. I started in 2007 and lost all my weight by summer of 2008. From Winter of 2008 to now I have gained most of it back but I know why. I haven't been exercising for the past 4 months and I have been eating like crap. Big thing is I haven't been drinking my water but maybe 4 cups a day if that. I have upped my coffee intake from 4 oz. to 2 cups! So, I threw away the creamer and all the crap in my pantry and frig. Doritos, whatever I want for dinner, snacks, etc.. is what I have been eating. I have gone back to eating like I was back in 2007. So, now I have got to get a hold of myself and start back up. Just don't know what to do. I need to find my book and get back on the You on a Diet again and get back to eating my steamed cabbage, lima beans, yogurt and oatmeal, salad, grapefruit, almonds, etc...
I did a 3 mile work out today and I was struggling to get through it but I did. Any words of encouragement would be appreciated!!!
