My name is Jenni. I'm 35 years old. A few years back, I was diagnosed to being allergic to the protein in dairy products (cow milk) and beef, which has undoubtedly attributed my weight problems. In addition to eating a dairy free diet; I recently made another change to eat only organic foods whenever possible. My ideal weight for my height is between 105-140 lbs. I'm aiming for 122 but I'd be content at 135.

MY DAILY RDA / MACRO-NUTRIENTS
Calories 1100 - 1400 (1173 a day for a loss of 1-2 lbs a wk)
Carbohydrates 120g-140g 40% RDA
Fat 40g-47g 30% RDA
Proteins 105g-90g 30% RDA
Cholesterol >300 g
Sugar 40g 7% RDA
Fiber 25g - 45g
Sodium >2300g
BMR 1673 (at current weight 8/11)
Maintenance 1330 Calories for 126lb goal

THE SPIKE DIET FORMULA (for those pesky plateau's)

Weekly recalculate your RMR(Resting Metabolism Rate) and recalculate your RDI(Recommended Daily Intake)as you lose weight your numbers will need to be readjusted.

1. Multiply RDI by 7 (7RDI)
Example my RDI at my current weight is
1800 X 7 = 12,600 (7RDI)

2. Multiply RMR by 2 (2RMR)
Example my RMR at my current weight is
2000 X 2 = 4,000 (2RMR)

3. 7RDI minus 2RMR divided by 6 = NEWRDI (this is your new daily RDI)
Example 7RDI is 12,600 - 4,000 / 6 = 1433
1433 is my NEWRDI (my daily allowance)

On the 7th day (your spike day) you can consume at least BUT NOT MORE THAN your 2RMR. In my case my 2RMR is 4,000 calories on my spike day.

TIP - Do not eat less than 1200 calories per day because it will put your body into starvation mode and you will lose weight slower. Usually this is the reason why we plateau and our weight lose slows and sometimes stops.

God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
the courage to change the things I can;
and the wisdom to know the difference.

BACK TO THE FUTURE
Question If you could grab a cup of coffee with your future self, what would you say to him or her? Stop for a second and think about that opportunity. The person you are going to become a year from now is sitting in front of you and is hanging on your every word. What do you want them to know about all the emotions, expectations and fears you harbored when you began this journey? How will you encourage your self to see the growth which occurred in your character as well as challenge yourself in those places that you let slip?

Smile Mike is correct. The caffeine does interact with your water intake. My nutritionist told me that for EVERY caffeinated drink that you drink in OZ, that you have to drink the same amount of water to replace the caffeinated drink. It's also important to know that you have to replace it on top of your normal intake of water. For example, if you weigh 199 - that means that you should be drinking 99.5 oz of water daily. If you drink a 20 oz caffeinated drink, then that means that you will have to drink 119.5 oz of water that day. To calculate how much water you need you take your body weight and divide by 2. Good luck! Hope this helps!
