I'm a nurse living in the Omaha area. I am married and have a wonderful husband and step daughter. I lost about 40 pounds a couple of years ago, but kind of got stuck at about 185. I REALLY want to get back to 170. I looked and felt good that last time I was that weight - SOPHMORE year of HS! Plus, I want to get "knocked up" in the next year or so, and would like to be that weight just once before I gain it all back.
I do well with exercising, I just don't think about what I am eating. I'm hoping the food journal on here will help me with that.
