How do you record Insanity Workouts?
I started Insanity on Monday and I am currently recording it as Circuit Training but I think the calories burned are too low. How do you all record it?

Eating just to make my RDI?
I'm going through the same thing and I completely understand. I recently upped my calories but no change. I got discouraged and lowered them again. I also just changed my workout. The RDI on here says that I should eat 1700 calories but another site said 1400 so I'm going to make an effort to eat 1400 everyday. I am also not getting on the treadmill for at least a week Sad instead I'm doing Insanity in moderation and lifting 5 lb weights. I have got to get this weight off!

Calorie limit
I went to http://www.mypyramid.gov/mypyramid/index.aspx Yes, the govt site and it told me a ridiculous number too. Try web md http://www.webmd.com/diet/food-fitness-planner/create-your-personal-plan
