Custom recipes - any program to calculate calories out there?
You can make a recipe in your cookbook here on FS. You put in all the ingredients and the servings and it measures it out for you. It takes some time, but it's worth it for recipes you eat frequently.

I fell like I can't stop eating!
I have never been good at getting motivated from others. Usually I cannot get going until I am ready. You should look inside yourself for your motivation. For instance, my daughter is mine. I want to be healthy for her, but I also want her to be healthy. I can't ensure that by eating crap foods and sitting around all day, because she will in turn learn that from me. Also, once you get over that initial hump and start losing, and getting healthy, that motivates too. I actually get excited for Monday mornings now, because that is the day I weigh in.

DRINK WATER! If you are unable to stop with just one portion, make only one portion. If this is not possible. Serve your portion and put the rest away immediately. Another thing to try would be those individually wrapped snacks. You might be less inclined to get more when you realize you have to open another package.
Try walking at the Mall. It gives you something else to do besides just walking, but you are still getting exercise. And park farther away, because even that little bit helps. As you get more motivated, you will find the energy and drive to do more, like walking at the park, or to the store, maybe even getting to the gym!
Hope this helps..
