Hi everyone! My name is Alexandra and I'm so happy I intrigued you enough to read my biography. Well, I'm 19 years old and from Long Island, New York. Similar to about 99% of everyone on here, I've had a rocky relationship with my weight my entire life. About a year ago, my weight rocketed up to 304 pounds. I'm just under 5'5, imagine how that worked out, huh? Anyway- I've got it under control now.. I'm trying to lose anywhere from 75-100 pounds. Anyone who wants to be my buddy on this weight loss journey, please feel free to message me or send me a request. I won't deny anyone!

Burning last 5lbs within a week
CARDIO. Treadmill/elliptical/whatever.. get your heart rate up to fat burning level. For me, it's 168.. since you're a male, a different age/weight it'll be different for you but look it up. Stay at the recommended heart rate for however long you can, and you'll see results.

TEMPTATIONS OF A FOOD ADDICT ....
I TOTALLY know how you feel! There's always that 15 second lapse in judgment where I really do consider eating something bad... Like last night, for example. I really wanted Nutella (chocolatey, kind of like peanut butter if you will) and I don't know what stopped me from eating it but I didn't.

I really do think I'm a food addict, too. I could eat and eat and eat without stopping! Especially around the holidays, when, (like you said) everyone brings treats in to school/the office. It's really hard to say no.. but we HAVE TO DO IT! Smile You won't regret saying no, you'll regret saying yes.

Well, i have finally decided to do this.
Hey Coco, congratulations for making this decision... I did the same thing, actually.. I kept gaining and gaining until I hit 265 (just like you!) and decided enough was enough. I kept telling myself I was beautiful despite my weight, which may be true-- but I still FEEL better AND look better when I slim down.

It's good that you are making subtle changes to your diet because that means you'll be able to do it long term. However, you might be discouraged when you see you aren't losing a lot in a little bit of time.. But this is still fine. Just make sure you remind yourself it'll all come off with time and a little bit of effort.

I'm sending you a friend request, hopefully we can be buddies on here and help one another with motivation and stuff. Smile
