Got my 3 miles of walking in today, still feel a little bloated. Oh well, tomorrow 18 holes and HOT sun. That should render me @ least 2 pounds. :-) Have a safe weekend All.

Feeling extremly fat today. Yep FAT. Last couple of weeks, I have been going over my calorie limit and intaking some carbs (BAD carbs) so this week I am sure I will have a gain. I am still walking and playing Golf, but I don't think I lost anythig this week. To remedy this, I have rededicated myself to my plan. Got my water intake up and I got some badly need sleep. Thanks for all the support. I just got in a slump, but I am going to turn it around.

I am amazed at the loss, but I have a feeling that I am taking it for granted... I want to cheat more and I know that is not good. MAN!!!

Wow I was surprised that I actually lost wieght this week, seeing how I really ate bad on my birthday... Like baby back ribs and lemonade. I am not mad though cause it was a GREAT week.
Keep up the great work all and Lets make this a summer to remember.

Freaking cant believe I lost sooo freaking little... But God willing I will continue to lose.
