WOW I feel AWESOME... After two weeks of disappointing results, today I weighed in and I lost 5.2 pounds... MAN I feel GREAT!!! Thank you all for your continued support and I hope to be under 300 by next week. PLEASE... :-) I hope all of you have an awesome week as well.

I am so freaking chatty right now. MAN!!! I really feel like I hit the lottery.

I knew I hadn't lost much... I actually thought I had gained. Well it seems that I have to stop over eating my calories and increase my work out regiment and heart rate. Thanks all for your support.
