I have been using hHcg since Feb. 18 2015 and have lost nearly 40lbs since then! I was up to 195 but this morning weighed in at 159!!! Love it.

Yep, vacation has gotten me off track. Went to Napa and have been back a week and stopped for fast food burgers twice. Ugh.

So excited to be seeing 175 on my scale! I am doing a combo of Medifast and vegan/eating healthy. Seems to be working. Concerned that we leave for a week of vacation on Sat. night. Napa.

SO, I've lost another 1.5lbs and hoping by Monday I will be at 181 and at a 10lb loss for the month. Honestly, that is not bad considering that we are eating dinner out a couple times a week, I've had fast food, gone to a ladies tea and had gourmet ice cream twice.
My sister is on Medifast too - she is at 20lbs lost for the same month. SO, it shows if you can do the program 100% of the time, you can lose even more weight.

Despite it being a long holiday weekend and us going out to wineries and eating pizza and going to a fair and eating ice cream, I still managed to lose weight this week! That is because I am not letting these "cheats" spiral me out of control.
My husband and I go out to eat. We travel. We love wineries. It's what we do. So this time around I am trying to incorporate those things into my weightloss system. I figure if I am on program 100% when I can be, then the few meals that are not on program shouldn't kill my results. This week is proof that I CAN DO THIS.
A week ago I weighed 187.5 today I am 183.5 which is a FOUR lb. loss. I'll take it!
