I have always been hesitant to use the treadmill because the first ever time I used one i felt like I was going to die. Ever since then I always stuck to the good old bicycle and cross trainer but today my friend persuaded me to try out the treadmill. AND IT WASN'T THAT BAD!!! I managed to do a jog for 10 minutes without dying. I think now I am definitely going to incorporate the treadmill in my workout routine. and I must say it is such a lovely change from constantly using the cross trainer and bike. All smiles today! I did cheat today but it's fine I won't let that get me down. There is tomorrow to make it right :)

I honestly credit the loss of kilo to stress, smoking and eating badly! when i went into the gym after a week and a half yesterday, I couldn't believe my eyes when the scale said I was a kg lighter! but to be honest i was running out of breath so quickly! starting today i am cutting back on the ciggies and doing things the right away!

was doing so well since friday then I just had to have a packet of creamy custard cookies! i feel so stupid because I know that eating badly isn't going to get me anywhere. I know that I can't expect results if I don't eat right but yet I still find myself giving in. I have exams and I guess one could blame the eating on the stress but still!!! excuses aren't going to get me anywhere! i feel like utter shit! not to mention that I am not well prepared for my exam. I better get back to work, I guess I can always start again tomorrow. I just hope that there won't be any more relapses. I know the ball is in my court and its up to me but it just gets so hard! and i know the response to this would be that " dont complain if you are not doing anything about the problem" but either way its HARD! fucking HARD!
