I set my goal at 68kg and seem to be maintaining 67.9, do i reset a goal and try for 67kgs now or just keep maintaining this?
Any thoughts???
149.7 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do a Google search for "ideal weight calculator ". You can find out what your ideal weight is based on your age and height. These sites just give you an estimation though since they don't take muscle mass etc into account. If you want a more accurate idea of where you are you need to use body fat calipers. Once you know your body fat percentage you can compare that to the ideal.

Awww crap Marcodsman according to that my ideal weight should be between 64 and 66 but muscle weighs more than fat so do I measure too?

You can't really meausure muscle so the only thing to do if you want a more accurate measurement is to use calipers.
