1482 kcal Fat: 69.17g | Prot: 87.39g | Carb: 142.48g.   Breakfast: apple, fat free half and half, unsweetened soy milk, coffee, ground flax, steel cut oats. Lunch: trader joes lite cheddar, ikea mustard, applegate roasted turkey breast, Flax Roll-ups, romaine lettuce, tomatoe. Dinner: roasted almonds, unsweetened soy milk, sweet potato, olive oil, arugula, apple cider vinegar, Grape Tomatoes, cucumber, celery, carrots, avocado. Snacks/Other: atkins chocolate peanut butter bar. more...
