I have been exercising this week. But I feel that tomorrow's weigh in will result in a gain. I hoping that it doesn't because I don't want to bring the team down. I am trying to be as motivated as I can. So if anyone has any encouraging words, I could really use them right now.
Good luck to us all and as someone said to me, Happy Dieting!

Hi Donna,
If you've been exercising all week, you may more for the simple fact that muscle weighs more than fat. So if you have a temperory weight gain this week, that could be a good thing. Measure yourself, and as you build muscle, you will lose inches. Don't confuse the two. Also get 7.5 to 8 hours sleep every night to help your body recover from the exercise your doing. Have a great weekend, RF
