OK..I probably shouldnt have stood on the scale today but I seem to STILL have that problem. I only lost .2 lbs...which I guess that better than gaining .2 lbs. I'm still working out but I'm obviously not getting as much done because I'm not feeling too good...STILL. I guess I'll just continue on, even if its a VERY slow amount of progress.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.7 lb a week

girly--dont fret about it. it is still a loss...plus you are sick. It will all be better I promise! Don't get discouraged! You are doing great!
