I eat very healthy, this morning i was fed up that after a week of eating the right way and gaining weight really upset me and I ate crackers and some chocolate bars, which i don't eat anymore...I wrote on a piece of paper that I will lose 30lbs by July 1st, I can do it...My goal is to also start Yoga by May 1st, one step at a time. I am going to do it this is my goal and if I say it every day it will happen subconsciously.
189.2 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I took a peek at your diet log, you really should be dropping weight. You are eating so little. That has to be incredibly frustrating. Have you had your thyroid checked? Sending love and hugs.

Thank you for your comment, I haven't been posting here for a while, I did have a problem with my thyroid a while back, I took medication and it did help then I stopped and my dr. told me that my thyroid levels were fine. I did lose a lot after my 2nd baby was born, but I broke my ankle about 3 years ago and since then went down hill. I am used to exercising a lot, but I haven't done it in 3 years. I am hoping to get back on it and start exercising the way I used to. I am also hoping to stick to tracking my eating here on Fatsecret. Thank you for your support, Sigalit

I had the scale not move for 3 weeks, n then boom drop 3-4 lbs. binging is why restricted diets are an issue, good luck

U r giving ur self 2 months to lose 30 lbs, did u gain those 30 lbs in two months?

i believe if u r truly sick of it u will be determined. I was tired, and all that other stuff. once u get into the groove nd they weight starts dropping it becomes a way of life. I have faith in you..

No actually 3 months, April May and June, I thought it was fair to lose 10lbs in one month...that will motivate me to stick to exercising.

I never lost that much in a month but I’m sure it’s possible if u do extreme changes in ur diet

you probably don't have much to lose, I am also starting a fat shredder program, I will post everything I am eating every day, and we'll see what happens :)
