My body is shedding weight like a hot knife through butter, I cannot wish for more. Slept for 3 hrs totally my fault but happy with scale. Weighed myself twice just to be sure. Have not done any cardio at all this week so maybe everything has to do with over training and skipping meals which my body hates. I have to have something even if it is just a protein shake. Have minor surgery on Tuesday so will skip Gym Wednesday and Thursday so need to plan these as my resting days. Off to enjoy the weekend.
