I gained 4 pounds on vacation, lost 3 and then gained it back! I haven't been recording my food and obviously guestimating is not getting it! Today I started recording and by 3 p.m. have already consumed almost 1000 of my 1200 caloric daily allowance. Ugh!
162.4 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
