I'm down again today!! I keep praying for the strength to get through this week and see me reach my goal. God is gracious and loving and I know He is helping me out. One more day to go and hopefully I will have lost one more pound to reach my goal. I'll let you all know tomorrow.
346.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 186.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1728 kcal Fat: 44.13g | Prot: 67.30g | Carb: 286.34g.   Breakfast: blueberries, butter, brown sugar, oatmeal. Lunch: skim milk, kashi vanilla island. Dinner: brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, 8 grain bread, boneless skinless chicken breast, mushrooms, broccoli, wheat spaghetti noodles, soy souce, spicy teriyaki sauce. Snacks/Other: chocolate pop tart, sharp cheddar cheese tillamook, grapefruit. more...
