Well my weight continues to climb and most of my clothes no longer fit. This is going to present a major problem as the weather is warming and I don't have any summer clothes that fit. I decided today that I can have no more excuses but have to start journaling and making healthier choices. Went to grocery story and purchased healthy foods. Today I have done well so far. Have more than half my water intake and made very healthy choices at lunch. The challenge will be when I get home. I am planning on eating yogurt for my snack and preparing grilled chicken, brown rice and carrots for dinner. Wish me luck> I have done this before and I can do this again!!!!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Be sure that what you plan for dinner is something you WANT to eat. Satisfy yourself, don't just eat "diet food." What can you do to the chicken to spice it up? Spices? Herbs? A marinade? Don't just make healthy choices, make GOOD choices you can live with for a lifetime! Good luck!
