Still walking. Today will be a double day...4 miles to work and 4 miles home. My oldest has already asked me to walk tomorrow, so I guess that will be a double day too.

Yesterday I had a BAD sweet tooth. Fortunately, my crew had eaten ALL of the Rice Krispie cupcakes so I just had to ride it out...And when I got on the scale this morning I was grateful.

I was actually amazed because we went to Steak & Shake for dinner last night. I subbed my fries for a salad and drank water. I passed on dessert/shake (which I NEVER do, lol). YEAH ME....You're doing GREAT! Keep up the good work.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
