I stayed this same from yesterday. Normally I'd be quite happy that I didn't gain, but with May 1st looming so close and 4.4 lbs still too lose, I'm not all that happy. I will take this maintenance of weight into consideration as I decide how to eat and exercise today. I'm thinking cutting my calories a little bit more and adding some additional exercise, but I have homework first.

349.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 189.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome back woman, and I am glad to hear your feeling better! Make sure to give yourself a few days grace for being sick to make that goal!! I think that is allowed!! Enjoy your day !
