The personal trainer did my body fat and it was 49%. So I have a lot of work to do. But I am ready to work. He told me not to focus on the scale but the fat, so that is what I am going to do. I am ready to lose my first 40 pounds by Sept 1,4008 and a total of 98 pounds.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You're personal trainer is right, don't worry about the scale and just focus on the fat. I've had mine tested and in 3 months I had lost 9%, I don't know if that's good or not, but I was happy! Good Luck and I know you can do it!!
