Day 18: 129.6 pounds. I just created a new faux Starbucks Chai Tea! I make it with an ounce of cream and a pkt splenda and a dash of cinnamon! I never thought it could be like this..btwn my chai and I! Life is good!
129.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

It is so important to find things that make us happy on this diet. Have you tried any of the shake recipes I sent you?

No..but that is my next step. I havent tried the flax bread either. Both are on my list! Ill tell you how I like them!
