I'm up, a day later I'm down - what do I actually weigh? - Not that I'm complaining about today's weight, I do like it a lot better than yesterdays! :)
145.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Water weight and hormones can make you fluctuate a couple of pounds during each day. I always wait 3 days before logging a weight :)
