i’m so fucking disappointed. i’m in a bad place mentally, i’m incredibly stressed, and i guess my weight gain reflects that. gaining half a stone in just 3 months is awful. i have no words.
158.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

800 kcal Fat: 39.21g | Prot: 42.29g | Carb: 66.95g.   Breakfast: Nutella Hazelnut Spread. Lunch: Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Carrots , Heinz Salad Cream, Tesco Finest Piccolo Cherry Tomatoes, Boiled Egg. Dinner: Shrimp Scampi, Ketchup, McCain Oven Cooked Fries. Snacks/Other: Burton's Rich Tea Biscuits. more...
