Happy with weight loss did not hit the gym yesterday. Had about 1800 cals at lunch today. Funny thing I had a look at the restaurant menu and only thing I saw were twice cooked buffalo wings coated. Did not see the chicken salad. Anyway big lesson learnt. Will check if I am still in ketosis when I get back home. May need to see if I can visit the gym tonight.
274.9 lb Lost so far: 64.8 lb.    Still to go: 83.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
