I have really let myself go the past 1.5 years. I haven't really figured out the why yet but I'm starting to unpack things. I have been going to the gym with regularity over the last year or so but I think I let that be my excuse to eat whatever I wanted.

Today is a new day! I have done meal prep for the week so now I just need to stay on the path.
