Was doing amazing and then stopped tracking food and wanted to see if I could reintroduce some carbs into my diet to see if metabolism had changed and if I was burning calories at a higher rate. Gained 10 punds. Lesson learned. Good news - I have kept a majority of what I lost off and have been at current weight for months. Time to start tracking and get back on keto. Still haven't worked out thyroid issue with doctor (from thyroid to parathyroid and back - might just need to have surgery. Working with doctor and playing it by ear with new insurance). Here we go - good luck to us all!
191.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
