How's the keto going?

Hi JackieSpahr!I hope this message finds you all well Jackie! Thank you so very much for asking me, about how the Keto-diet is going, I am very grateful to have eventually found out, that the best way for me to reach a better health is to mix the Keto-diet together with Intermittend Fasting, so it is made possible to help our bodies to tap into our bodies own energy reserves of fat! I noticed that my "brain-fog" is gone and I feel more "light" not so heavy after learing to eating only when I am really hungry, and not snacking in between the meals and to cease from all sugars and check my carbs all in order to change my lifestyle to more healthy way and to prevent diabetes risk in future! (or pre-diabetes = insuline resistance in our cells) So Jackie I wish to keep on this kind of combination of Keto+IM and to start with nice exercises such as cycling and now cross country skiing because here in Sweden we got so much snow over all our country so it is possible to do some skiing now! Thank you for the up date. I love your thoughtful approach. IF comes pretty easy for me. I'm never hungry before late morning anyway. As long as I don't eat after 7pm in the evening, doing 8/16 Is the way my body prefers it. I'm also pretty thrilled to have a buddy in Sweden. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
