Got out of the habit of coming here. I'm back to share what I have been eating. My husband has joined me in eating healthier.
146.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

How did you get your husband to join you? Mine is a junkfood junky. He loves his candy and icecream for one. He wants to help by buying "no sugar added" icecream. lol I can't seem to make him understand the importance of eating healthy..........any suggestions?
