Knee is healing slowly, expected the weight gain due to sleeping late. My eating is good but I have other bad habits that affect my sleep and time that I need to fix mainly due to my sleep apnoea which is now cured after a year of suffering and miserableness. I will reflect on how I can do better.
280.4 lb Lost so far: 59.3 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
