Happy with weight-loss but could have done better. I had 736 calories for dinner with about 450 of them after 8pm which is a no no. To be honest there was no ways I was resisting the legit wings with blue cheese (similar to Buffalo wings). For next time I know to save them until the next day but yesterday I destroyed them by telling myself they would not knock me out of ketosis which although true was not good due to eating time to close to sleeping time. Feeling a bit average today will see how I go as it is leg day today and I need to be on top of my game.
282.4 lb Lost so far: 57.3 lb.    Still to go: 90.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
