Eating most of my calories around from noon to 2:00 p.m. is helping me lose weight. This is totally new for me. I have ALWAYS not eaten during the day and would eat when I had time to enjoy it, which was always after 6:00 p.m. When I eat until I am satisfied in the middle of the day, I am less hungry for the rest of the day.
334.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
