Hey FS Buddies! I know it's been far too long since I've been on here and updated! It's not that I haven't been dieting or watching what I've been eating... I really have no excuse. There's been a lot going on with my life really. I broke up with my ex and moved out of my apartment... there's been a lot! Single life has been crazy but really really fun! For the first time since I was 16 I'm single and am LOVING it! I mean I'm dating and there is one person in particular I've been talking to the most, so we'll see where that goes. Enough of that though... let's talk diet!

OMG summer is right around the corner and that means bikini season... I've got to get ready!!! Somehow between all of the drinking and partying I've managed to stay relatively thin but I've got to get rid of these thighs and this gut. So this may sound a little extreme but this is what I've decided to do along with my sister... the HCG diet.

I started it on Monday and it is a combination of an extremely low calorie diet regimen. You drink green tea or coffee for breakfast. Lunch and dinner consists of 100 grams of chicken, beef or certain types of fish, a large handful of tomatoe, lettuce, spinach, onion, asparagus, cucumber or fennel... one grissini breadstick or piece of melba toast, and an apple, handful of strawberries, orange, or grapefruit. Aside from that drink 2 liters of water and 250 IU's of HCG a day for 23 days. Basically you gorge yourself for the first two days and eat like that for 24 and you're supposed to lose 1-2 lbs a day!!! The fat you lose though is good fat though and I'm really encouraged. I'm on day 4 today as is my sister. She's already lost 6.6lbs and I've lost 2.8lbs so in 3 days I think that's pretty good! Wish me luck... I took before and after pics and did measurements so I may post them at the end of the program!
