I am very happy today. I had great success yesterday by watching my day as a whole and not giving up because my lunch may have been higher in calories than it should have been. I got the chance to enjoy a tasty treat (Pretzel Burger) without guilt....I substituted fresh fruit for the fries and it actually made the meal taste better.
Also, I was planning on driving to work today. (lately I have been walking the 4 mile trip either to or from, and getting a ride for the other)....my 14 year old asked if I felt like walking cause he'd like to walk with me....(his school is a block away from the office....I was so happy so I got in an unplanned 4 miles this morning, and with my hubby working tonight...another 4 miles home.....Yeah 2 hrs of exercise!
