Hey, Hi Buddy @amandakane1, I'm doing ok.. had some back stuff done like 3 spinal abrasions, 1 epidural and now they are talking about maybe taking 3 disc out of my neck going in from the front at the right side of my throat and then placing 3 spacers to take the discs places.... But all in all I'm ok.. maintaining between 227 and 233LBS..... I'd like to get to the 210's area, but hard to do when you can not and are not allowed to do any kind of exercise at all.... They also tell me I have some kind of brittle bone disease that I can break a bone lifting or whatever.. But I'm positive I'm going to get to a ripe old age of 200..

Hi Buddy, @Amandakane1 to answer your question about pain... yep in pain 24/7.. I have 4 different pain meds that I take. And depending on how much I am hurting is what decides which of the 4 I take at any given time..... All are narcotics and if not careful can be addicting..
