I've been working my butt off! When I went hiking on tuesday and running yesterday, I layered up with a sweat belt, a t-shirt, a long sleeve shirt, and a pullover sweatshirt to get that extra sweat. Trail running like that was tough yesterday, but paid off! (despite the glasses of wine I had later last night keke) Thanks for noticing ;D

Besides, I had to make up for the 4000 calories sunday I had. I guess Spicy chicken strips and a small whole pizza will do that to ya. I'm glad I'm understanding and realizing my body's capabilities.

For quick weight loss, low carb-high protein's done wonders. Coupled with long bouts of low impact cardio, calisthenics, and light weight, high rep weight resistance training, and I've been unstoppable for the past couple weeks. It's definitely becoming harder as I get lower in weight... but that'll just make me work just as hard. Sunday I've planned a 12 mile hike in the redwoods down in Santa Cruz County. I'm going with a cutie-patootie I dig, so that's even more motivation :D

I ate pizza yesterday. My meals today are already logged. that is what I can eat. plus some beers and bulls tonight.

beers and bulls! haha! That'd be fun to watch! Thynes, you don't know how much I miss having BLTs :( There's this bakery in Marin that has the BEST BLT EVER. It has thick sliced bacon, ripe tomatoes, not sure what kinf lettuce it is, but it's green and ripply, and it has this great mayo sauce. I get it on dutch crunch as well. Man oh man, that's going to be my on my prize list as well! argh!

btw, I thought you said you weren't a runner? I see what you just logged. liar liar pants on fire! I expect you to do half marathon like all the rest of us.

hehe. well, I upped the speed on the log to compensate for the fact that I was running up and down on hills. My pedometer averaged me at 4.5 mph for 1.25 hours and 5.5 miles! But when it was too steep I'd do my best to at least keep jogging, but had to walk it a few times. Can I just start with a 5k?
